Once you are a client, there are federal privacy laws, including HIPPA, and state laws that dictate how your personal information is handled. In my new client paperwork, I will send you a document outlining these laws and policies.

As someone browsing this website, some data tracking might or might not happen. If you found this website using “Google Search” and clicked on an ad I paid for, Google Ads will track your activity and tell me whether or not you contacted me. I do not see any names, phone numbers, or email addresses in the ads data, just numbers of people who saw the ads and how many of those people completed the contact form. I use that information to decide how much money to spend on Google Ads.

If you visit this page by typing in the name of the page or otherwise not by Google search, and do not interact with Google ads, no tracking should happen. I pay for security for the website to prevent that.

I do not use any personal information I might collect from you on the contact form for any purpose other than to get in touch about counseling. I do not sell this data to anyone or use it in any other marketing or other work. If you fill in the form and then change your mind, that’s totally ok. That information is not saved on the website or anywhere else and I will not spam you about stuff in the future.
